About the role
- Provide exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and resolving issues related to our products and services.
- Deliver outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners from new-client onboarding through to successful adoption of our tools.
- Handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every client.
- Contribute to the documentation of our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
- Assist in selling products or services that better meet clients' needs.
Requirements
- You have excellent organizational skills, enjoy understanding client data, and follow internal processes.
- You adapt quickly to your environment and are proactive in proposing improvements.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are looking for a learning opportunity and are highly motivated to exceed your targets without fear of failure.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the restaurant industry.
