- Your role is to provide exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and finding solutions to issues related to our products and services.
- You will make an everyday impact by supporting our diverse restaurant clients and partners.
- You will deliver outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners, from onboarding new clients to helping them take ownership of our tools.
- You will handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for each customer.
- You will help document our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
- You will participate in selling products or services that may better meet customer needs.
Requirements
- You have excellent organizational skills, enjoy understanding client data, and adhere to internal processes.
- You can quickly adapt to your environment and are proactive in proposing improvements.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
