About the role

  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and player needs.
  • Review all incoming Jira tickets via the project management platform, and work with stakeholders to ensure tickets are clear and have all the applicable information for the team to get started.
  • Setting up meetings for the team for brief kick offs, alignment, continuing initiatives, and documenting meeting notes for distribution post-meeting via Confluence.
  • Follow up on stakeholder requests and idle projects and try to alleviate blockers.
  • Encourage stakeholder engagement on [slack conversations].
  • Collaborate with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, follow up and track progress, and proactively address and flag risks and issues.
  • Proactively communicate project statuses to stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
  • Produce and manage CX team process documentations for stakeholders and CX team to reference within Confluence, such as: SLAs, workflow diagrams, etc.
  • Review and manage Jira brief submissions, gather outstanding information and update Jira tickets alongside the project’s life cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or graduate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a design management, project management, and/or product management role.
  • Experience in Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Figma
  • Knowledge of Slack
  • Preference to have real money gaming experience
  • Understanding of Compliance and Legal risks within the online real money gaming industry
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience setting up Zoom calls via Outlook
  • Familiarity and curiosity with AI platforms (i.e. ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Fluency in English
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, open mindedness, flexibility in shifting timelines and project priority
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in Central Time (CT) zone.
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
