• Lead the strategic development, optimization, and growth of RSI’s affiliate marketing programs across all brands and markets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliate partners across key networks (Income Access, Partnerize, CJ, Impact Radius etc.).
• Negotiate commission structures, CPA rates, and hybrid deals to align with LTV, ROI, and profitability goals.

• Produce monthly executive summaries and quarterly business reviews highlighting trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to streamline affiliate reporting, partner communications, and operational workflows.

Data Analyst

• Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product and VIP to prioritize and execute analytics initiatives focused on player growth and long-term retention.
• Manage end-to-end analytics on bonus programs- measuring performance, developing engagement strategies, and optimizing structures for both player value and ROI.
• Analyze in-platform behavior across products to uncover engagement patterns, friction points, and monetization opportunities. Translate findings into personalization strategies and product recommendations.
• Apply ML techniques and AI tools to accelerate insight generation, build predictive models, and continuously raise the ceiling of what the analytics function can deliver.

• Lead backend development using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Dropwizard) and related technologies
