• Support Product Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of product marketing efforts aimed at improving brand visibility, user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Creative, Product, and User Acquisition teams to align and establish dynamic workflows to effectively execute on product marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tentpole moments.

• Own the strategy and processes of Tag Management System (e.g., GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch), Consent Management Platform (CMP), and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Define governance, access, and configuration standards to ensure consistency and security in partnership with Data Governance and InfoSec.
• Partner with downstream stakeholders to define schema, identity resolution, and activation requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of the global event taxonomy and instrumentation framework across web and mobile products.
• Manage deployment, versioning, and QA of SDKs (analytics, attribution, experimentation, etc.).
• Maintain the events repository, ensuring all tracked events, properties, and payloads are documented, versioned, and accessible.
• Establish scalable intake and prioritization processes for new event and SDK requests.

• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in collaboration with Legal and Privacy teams.

As an Accounting Operations Analyst at RSI, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of online casino, sports betting, and poker. In this role, you’ll build a strong foundation in our industry while supporting key accounting processes, assisting with monthly performance analysis, and contributing to ongoing operational improvements. Working closely with Accounting Operations Seniors and the Manager, you’ll help streamline workflows, learn about automation tools, and deliver meaningful support to the team. Your work will play an important role in ensuring accurate month-end activities, processing invoices efficiently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support RSI’s continued growth.
What You&apos;ll Do: Master our operations: Build a solid understanding of our online gaming ecosystem, including online casino, sports betting, and poker, to support the team’s day-to-day accounting needs.
Support financial accounting execution: Assist with the preparation of monthly accounting for all revenue streams and related operating costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in each close.
Review contracts & regulations: Help analyze new market access agreements and regulatory changes (in U.S. states and international jurisdictions) to identify potential accounting impacts.
Contribute to process improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving efficiency, with exposure to automation tools and best practices.
Work with data for insights: Use tools like Alteryx and Sigma to support data analysis and help with recurring month-end close activities.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Operations, FP&A, Business Development, and Business Intelligence to gather information, investigate trends, and provide relevant financial insights.
Support external partner activities: Assist in maintaining relationships with select external market access partners and land-based casinos related to revenue share and cost-sharing arrangements.
Ensure accuracy & compliance: Support the execution of internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of revenue, operating costs, and financial reporting.
What You&apos;ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in accounting or finance. Casino industry experience is a plus.
Advanced Excel expertise: Ability to work with large datasets, create formulas, and use key functions to support accurate analysis.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP: Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting standards.
Meticulous attention to detail: A commitment to accuracy and precision in every aspect of your work.
Organizational & communication skills: Ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across teams.
Passion for automation & analytics: Interest in using tools such as Alteryx, Sigma, or similar platforms for process automation and data visualization.
