About the role
- Work directly with closers to give them the skills, content, and tools to win deals and onboard buildings
- Onboard new sales reps and help them hit ramp targets
- Design, create, and deliver sales training programs (product knowledge, sales process, tools, competitive intelligence)
- Conduct 1:1 call recording review and training
- Build cross-functional resources to improve rep win rate
- Identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop targeted solutions with sales leadership
- Manage and optimize the sales enablement technology stack
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement
- Collaborate with Co-Founder, Head of Sales, Director of Sales Ops, and Chief Growth Officer on key initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a sales org
- 2+ years in a sales enablement role
- Direct selling experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other sales enablement technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven and results-oriented is a plus
