About the role

  • Work directly with closers to give them the skills, content, and tools to win deals and onboard buildings
  • Onboard new sales reps and help them hit ramp targets
  • Design, create, and deliver sales training programs (product knowledge, sales process, tools, competitive intelligence)
  • Conduct 1:1 call recording review and training
  • Build cross-functional resources to improve rep win rate
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop targeted solutions with sales leadership
  • Manage and optimize the sales enablement technology stack
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement
  • Collaborate with Co-Founder, Head of Sales, Director of Sales Ops, and Chief Growth Officer on key initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in a sales org
  • 2+ years in a sales enablement role
  • Direct selling experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other sales enablement technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented is a plus
