Business Development Rep

• Identify and engage AI-native SaaS companies, developer platforms, creative tools, and high-volume builders
• Qualify inbound interest (trials, usage signals, product tests) and targeted outbound leads
• Run high-velocity outbound with clear technical positioning (cost, speed, unified API)
• Re-engage leads around product launches, model updates, or usage signals
• Lead discovery conversations to understand technical needs and buying signals
• Guide prospects toward the right documentation, examples, and workflows
• Coordinate demos, benchmarks, and test plans with Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Work directly with founders and the Developer Growth Lead on pipeline and proposals
• Partner with Marketing on messaging, case studies, and outbound content
• Maintain clean CRM data, qualification notes, and pipeline reporting
• Own weekly activity targets (outreach, follow-ups, qualification)
• Experiment with outreach approaches and help build scalable BDR motions

Machine Learning Engineer

• Integrate open-source and third-party models into our inference platform
• Lead fine-tuning initiatives (LoRA, adapters, PEFT, domain adaptation)
• Optimise inference workloads for latency, batching, memory efficiency, and throughput
• Benchmark model quality vs cost vs performance across modalities
• Improve inference startup times and stability under high load
• Build evaluation frameworks and internal tooling for model validation
• Work closely with Infrastructure and Backend teams on scalable serving systems
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous optimisation
• Mentor engineers and help raise the ML engineering bar across the team

Security Engineer

• - Own and drive SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, including control design, implementation, evidence collection, audits, and continuous improvement
• - Translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable engineering and operational controls
• - Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to embed security into system design and delivery
• - Maintain and evolve Runware’s security policies, standards, and risk register
• - Lead security reviews of systems, architectures, and changes with a focus on real-world risk
• - Support incident response, including investigation, containment, and post-incident learning
• - Improve security visibility across the platform (logging, monitoring, alerting, audit trails)
• - Own vendor and third-party security assessments and questionnaires
• - Help establish and mature secure development practices (access control, secrets management, least privilege, change management)
