About the role
- Own and manage HubSpot project scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring communication transparency and satisfaction.
- Delegate 80% of execution tasks to a Coordinator while focusing on strategy, oversight, and problem-solving and 20% of the task is allocated to some execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Oversee 5–6 active HubSpot projects concurrently, ensuring consistent quality and measurable outcomes.
- Manage performance against KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of project management experience within a digital or marketing agency.
- At least 2 years of HubSpot execution experience across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, Operations).
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A growth mindset – adaptable to new tools, frameworks, and technologies (including AI).
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing team members.
- Has a growth and collaborative mindset.
