Job Level
About the role

- Design and produce motion graphics for product releases, features, and campaigns
- Oversee external vendors on customer case studies and testimonials
- Push pixels on web: landing pages, campaign assets, visual identity extensions
- Establish the motion and video language that scales as we build out the marketing team
Requirements
- Strong motion design and video production skills. You can concept, design, and ship a launch video yourself.
- Interaction design sensibility: you understand product and can translate features into compelling visual stories

- Proficiency in motion tools (After Effects, etc.) and design tools (Figma)
- Ability to direct external video crews and vendors for higher-production content
- Taste. You know the difference between forgettable B2B video and content that actually lands.
