About the role

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across diverse digital initiatives
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Track milestones, and report progress directly to the CEO
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and productivity
  • Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Resolve blockers and optimize workflows for efficiency and quality
  • Understand project requirements and advise on technical feasibility
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and escalations
  • Translate complex project details into clear insights for stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in digital agencies or product studios
  • Have worked with US and Canada based clients
  • Experience managing multiple diverse projects across design and development
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end
  • Exceptional English communication skills ( C1 level ) – written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Extremely passionate about problem solving
  • Amazing in daily communication and reporting
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Shopify) is a plus but not required
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
  • Background in digital marketing, UX/UI, or product strategy
