About the role

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal documentation
  • Drive operational efficiency by creating and improving processes
  • Manage follow-ups, meeting summaries, and execution of key action items
  • Coordinate communication across leadership, clients, and teams
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Partner with Project Managers to align timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Oversee Rumor projects and special initiatives to ensure momentum and clarity
  • Design and maintain end-to-end workflows (intake → approval → delivery)
  • Track project financials, hours, budgets, and billing accuracy
  • Use PM tools to monitor progress, surface risks, and maintain visibility
  • Support special projects tied to growth, efficiency, and innovation
  • Plan and execute content that showcases Rumor’s work, thinking, and culture
  • Collaborate with leadership and creative teams on portfolio, blog, and social
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing
  • Track performance and optimize for visibility, engagement, and leads

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operations, project management, or Chief of Staff–type roles
  • Experience in agencies or fast-paced creative/tech environments
  • Strong writing, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Solid understanding of creative and technical project lifecycles
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once
