About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and monitor financial indicators, budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances between actuals and budgeted amounts
Conduct financial performance analyses, including margins, profitability and operational efficiency
Support business management with strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage and ensure governance of financial data in financial systems (e.g., SAP)
Control and correct discrepancies in financial planning and expense allocations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, projections and results
Identify opportunities to improve processes for data collection, consolidation and analysis
Develop and maintain documentation of financial processes and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Advanced knowledge of FP&A and financial statements
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Experience in analyzing and preparing management reports
Experience with SAP (or other financial ERPs)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
Experience in financial process improvement projects is a plus
Experience in high-growth or transformation environments is a plus
