About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end digital product initiatives.
- Evaluate solution feasibility and oversee development, deployment and user acceptance with the end user.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to define and validate hypotheses for the digital solution.
- Structure phased rollout strategies and ensure the continuous evolution of the product.
- Work closely with involved areas, facilitating routine alignment and promoting continuous process improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in technology projects.
- Experience in technology environments or with digital products.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with project teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building and monitoring indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in executive reporting and interaction with senior leadership.
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary areas and manage conflicts.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in people management and influencing without formal authority.
- CSPO or PSPO certification.
