About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and monitor financial indicators, budgets, and forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and budgeted results;
Conduct financial performance analyses, including margins, profitability, and operational efficiency;
Support business management with strategic insights and recommendations for improvement;
Manage and ensure governance of information in financial systems (e.g., SAP);
Control and adjust discrepancies in financial planning and expense allocations;
Interact with different departments to align assumptions, projections, and results;
Identify opportunities to improve processes for data collection, consolidation, and analysis;
Develop and maintain documentation of financial processes and methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Technical knowledge: Advanced knowledge in FP&A and financial statements;
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
Experience in analyzing and preparing management reports;
Knowledge of SAP (or other financial ERPs).
Preferred: Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
Experience in financial process improvement projects;
Experience in fast-growing or transformation environments.
