About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and sustain a federated data governance and analytics model, ensuring quality, compliance and clear ownership, and ensuring corporate data is well-defined, documented, reliable and understood across the organization.
- Create and maintain a data catalog in collaboration with business areas.
- Ensure data lineage and ownership, define data owners, train them and lead Technical Committees.
- Support domains in documentation and monitor quality standards.
- Define data governance policies while maintaining the federated model (central + domains).
- Define data quality, classification and usage rules, and ensure compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
- Data governance.
- Catalogs and metadata.
- Compliance and LGPD.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch).
- Experience with cataloging tools (Glue Catalog, SageMaker Studio, etc.).
