About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner in the design and execution of Learning Academies, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives;
- Structure, review and monitor onboarding programs, promoting an integrated and consistent experience for new employees;
- Curate learning content and methodologies, using different formats (e-learning, blended learning paths, workshops, microlearning, among others);
- Research trends and best practices in corporate education, bringing continuous innovation to the programs;
- Monitor and analyze learning metrics (participation, satisfaction, effectiveness, and business impact), proposing continuous improvements;
- Coordinate with internal areas and external vendors, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of initiatives;
- Support strategic organizational development projects, strengthening the culture and leadership agenda.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- Management of Corporate University programs and Learning Academies;
- Design and delivery of onboarding programs;
- Project management applied to learning initiatives;
- Knowledge of corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP, e-learning, microlearning, gamification);
- Content curation techniques and instructional design;
- Analytical ability to monitor metrics and make data-driven decisions;
- Stakeholder and vendor management;
- Clear, structured communication adaptable to different audiences.
- Differentials: Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact indicators;
- Experience with cultural transformation projects;
- Knowledge of innovative learning methodologies and market trends.
