About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic partner in the design and execution of Learning Academies, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives;
Structure, review and monitor onboarding programs, promoting an integrated and consistent experience for new employees;
Curate learning content and methodologies, using different formats (e-learning, blended learning paths, workshops, microlearning, among others);
Research trends and best practices in corporate education, bringing continuous innovation to the programs;
Monitor and analyze learning metrics (participation, satisfaction, effectiveness, and business impact), proposing continuous improvements;
Coordinate with internal areas and external vendors, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of initiatives;
Support strategic organizational development projects, strengthening the culture and leadership agenda.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
Management of Corporate University programs and Learning Academies;
Design and delivery of onboarding programs;
Project management applied to learning initiatives;
Knowledge of corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP, e-learning, microlearning, gamification);
Content curation techniques and instructional design;
Analytical ability to monitor metrics and make data-driven decisions;
Stakeholder and vendor management;
Clear, structured communication adaptable to different audiences.
Differentials: Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact indicators;
Experience with cultural transformation projects;
Knowledge of innovative learning methodologies and market trends.
