About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic partner in the design and execution of Learning Academies, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives;
  • Structure, review and monitor onboarding programs, promoting an integrated and consistent experience for new employees;
  • Curate learning content and methodologies, using different formats (e-learning, blended learning paths, workshops, microlearning, among others);
  • Research trends and best practices in corporate education, bringing continuous innovation to the programs;
  • Monitor and analyze learning metrics (participation, satisfaction, effectiveness, and business impact), proposing continuous improvements;
  • Coordinate with internal areas and external vendors, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of initiatives;
  • Support strategic organizational development projects, strengthening the culture and leadership agenda.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Management of Corporate University programs and Learning Academies;
  • Design and delivery of onboarding programs;
  • Project management applied to learning initiatives;
  • Knowledge of corporate learning platforms (LMS/LXP, e-learning, microlearning, gamification);
  • Content curation techniques and instructional design;
  • Analytical ability to monitor metrics and make data-driven decisions;
  • Stakeholder and vendor management;
  • Clear, structured communication adaptable to different audiences.
  • Differentials: Experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact indicators;
  • Experience with cultural transformation projects;
  • Knowledge of innovative learning methodologies and market trends.
