About the role

  • Supplier Evaluation Program Management: Collect and consolidate supplier performance data (quality, delivery, cost, compliance); score and classify suppliers based on criteria defined by the COE; produce regular performance reports (monthly/quarterly).
  • Follow-up on Action Plans: Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans (CAPs) together with suppliers; monitor implementation of improvements and validate results; document evidence and report status to leadership. Support the SRM strategy: Assist in supplier segmentation (categorization by criticality and impact); participate in review meetings with strategic suppliers; keep supplier master data up to date in the system (SAP or similar).
  • Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Use tools (Excel, Power BI) to create monitoring dashboards; propose improvements to the supplier evaluation and management process.
  • Internal Integration: Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Operations and Compliance teams to align expectations and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel – formulas, pivot tables).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (a plus).
  • Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA).
  • Experience with Power BI or SQL.
  • Experience with SRM programs or supplier evaluation.
  • Familiarity with compliance and sustainability (ESG) standards.
