Key responsibilities & impact

Supplier Evaluation Program Management: Collect and consolidate supplier performance data (quality, delivery, cost, compliance); score and classify suppliers based on criteria defined by the COE; produce regular performance reports (monthly/quarterly).
Follow-up on Action Plans: Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans (CAPs) together with suppliers; monitor implementation of improvements and validate results; document evidence and report status to leadership. Support the SRM strategy: Assist in supplier segmentation (categorization by criticality and impact); participate in review meetings with strategic suppliers; keep supplier master data up to date in the system (SAP or similar).
Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Use tools (Excel, Power BI) to create monitoring dashboards; propose improvements to the supplier evaluation and management process.
Internal Integration: Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Operations and Compliance teams to align expectations and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel – formulas, pivot tables).
Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (a plus).
Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA).
Experience with Power BI or SQL.
Experience with SRM programs or supplier evaluation.
Familiarity with compliance and sustainability (ESG) standards.
