About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an internal consultant, supporting leaders in decision-making on people-related matters.
- Lead performance management rituals and calibration sessions.
- Lead strategic initiatives related to employee climate, engagement, organizational culture, and development.
- Anticipate people-related risks and propose solutions aligned with corporate priorities.
- Support the development and evolution of leadership and manage the talent pipeline.
- Drive succession processes, internal movements, and career development.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and support the continuous improvement of corporate practices.
- Assist corporate areas in change and organizational transformation processes, ensuring that people management strategies align with required changes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Analytical mindset with strong command of HR metrics and the ability to translate data (retention, turnover, engagement) into insights and concrete action plans.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Leadership, or Organizational Development.
