About the role

  • Act as an internal consultant, supporting leaders in decision-making on people-related matters.
  • Lead performance management rituals and calibration sessions.
  • Lead strategic initiatives related to employee climate, engagement, organizational culture, and development.
  • Anticipate people-related risks and propose solutions aligned with corporate priorities.
  • Support the development and evolution of leadership and manage the talent pipeline.
  • Drive succession processes, internal movements, and career development.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and support the continuous improvement of corporate practices.
  • Assist corporate areas in change and organizational transformation processes, ensuring that people management strategies align with required changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of HR metrics and the ability to translate data (retention, turnover, engagement) into insights and concrete action plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in People Management, Leadership, or Organizational Development.
