About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation process of system modules at client companies and branches.
Map client processes and ensure alignment with the solution, identifying gaps and proposing adjustments.
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the entire implementation cycle.
Manage relationships with client branches, ensuring engagement and adoption of the solution.
Deliver training, presentations and user documentation for the implemented systems.
Serve as a liaison between client requests and the internal product and technology teams.
Monitor post-implementation success indicators.
Document processes, workflows and lessons learned to help structure the area.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the product PO.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Information Technology or related fields.
Experience with system implementations or B2B customer support.
Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics processes.
Clear, concise communication and the ability to run meetings autonomously.
Experience with TMS or ERP systems.
Knowledge of transportation-related taxes.
Experience with system implementations involving integrations (APIs).
Experience in fiscal technology companies or transport carriers.
Experience in project management.
