About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Level 2 (N2) and Level 3 (N3) technical support to users.
Administer operating systems, corporate applications and network infrastructure.
Install, configure and maintain software, hardware and printers.
Manage access and permissions on internal and external systems.
Maintain and keep the IT asset inventory up to date (equipment, software and licenses).
Configure and administer Microsoft 365 Business tools.
Support the management of corporate IT infrastructure and processes.
Create and update internal IT manuals and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience providing Level 1 (N1), Level 2 (N2) and Level 3 (N3) support.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and desktop support.
Advanced knowledge of networking and information security.
Advanced knowledge of Windows and IT management via Microsoft Intune.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Business (Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related tools).
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
