About the role

  • Perform accounting and financial analyses for client companies, identifying inconsistencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, performance indicators).
  • Support the design and implementation of internal controls and controllership routines (cost centers, allocations, cash flow, reconciliations).
  • Participate in accounting and financial assessments, providing technical and managerial recommendations.
  • Prepare dashboards and performance reports (financial, operational, and economic), presenting comparative analyses and actionable insights.
  • Support the implementation and review of performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for client companies.
  • Conduct economic feasibility analyses and evaluate project and operational results.
  • Work on accounting and financial due diligence projects, when applicable.
  • Interact with clients with a consultative approach and the ability to translate technical information into practical solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and models for accounting-financial analysis and controllership within the consultancy.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of General and Corporate Accounting (CPCs/IFRS).
  • Proficient in financial statement analysis and financial ratios (liquidity, leverage, profitability, EBITDA, etc.).
  • Experience preparing and interpreting Income Statements (DRE), Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting and Cost Control.
  • Basic understanding of controllership, profit centers and managerial reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and ERPs.
