About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You lead and own the market entry and go-to-market strategy for the Netherlands in close alignment with the Germany-based Global Hub
- You drive Business Development and Enterprise Sales across the public and/or private sector (B2B/B2G), identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions for different industries
- You manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closing
- You identify, acquire, and grow lighthouse and reference customers, particularly in regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare, energy)
- You recruit, onboard, and manage partners (resellers, system integrators, consultancies)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Key Account Management
- Proven experience in building markets (“first-in-market”) or new business areas
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital transformation processes
- Language skills: English C2, Dutch C2; German is a plus
