About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the physical readiness and daily management of Rula’s Northern California clinic locations
  • Directly support therapists in the field
  • Manage day-to-day clinic operations for providers and patients
  • Lead hands-on setup and launches of brand-new clinic spaces
  • Identify and resolve physical or administrative roadblocks with durable, scalable solutions
  • Ensure daily clinic operations run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently
  • Serve as the primary local point of contact for therapists
  • Resolve platform and scheduling issues empathetically
  • Collaborate with Support, Marketing, and Provider Success
  • Use office performance data, slot data, provider sign-ups, and office-misuse information to support targeted outreach
  • Lead on-the-ground launches for new clinic locations outside Northern California

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on operational experience in office operations, property management, event management, or customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify and resolve physical or administrative roadblocks with durable, scalable solutions
  • Accountability for smooth, reliable, and efficient daily clinic operations
  • Strong written and verbal abilities
  • Ability to serve as the primary local contact for therapists and resolve platform and scheduling issues
  • Experience collaborating with Support, Marketing, and Provider Success
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data visualization
  • Ability and eagerness to quickly learn proprietary software and operational tools, including custom Ops Apps and Hex dashboards
  • Must reside in the SF Bay Area
  • Reliable means to commute regularly across San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Sacramento
  • Ability to work in-office up to 5 days per week, with schedules flexing across locations
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% for launches outside Northern California
  • Preferred: 1+ year managing physical spaces
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup
  • Preferred: strong analytical skills and ability to use dashboards for office performance analysis
