Transform how Rula handles complex payments, claims submission, and revenue workflows.
Design mission-critical systems that are scalable and robust and serve as the backbone for Rula's business growth.
Partner with product and clinical stakeholders to solve ambiguous operational challenges.
Mentor a talented team of engineers and drive a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of designing and scaling complex, distributed systems in a production environment.
Expertise in backend distributed architecture (microservices, event-driven systems), and experience in full-stack engineering (e.g., TypeScript, React, Node.js).
Demonstrated experience leading high-priority, cross-team technical initiatives from conception to delivery, including stakeholder management and navigating complex technical trade-offs.
Proven ability to mentor engineers, influence technical culture, and elevate team performance through code reviews and documentation.
Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to optimize development velocity and code quality.
