About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of engineers to build, scale, and maintain payments infrastructure and internal tools used by 100s of users
- Apply your deep full-stack (FE/BE) building experience to ensure technical excellence across our platforms
- Shape our engineering culture and hold a strong performance bar to support Rula's mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; 2+ years managing engineers.
- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives
- Prior experience hiring and developing high-performing engineers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design
