About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the growth of “sold” providers and the subsequent patient demand and starts within your territory
  • Own the full sales cycle—utilizing provided lead lists to drive aggressive outbound sourcing, consulting, and closing providers
  • Manage all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro
  • Maintain remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside that immediate geography

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales / business development (healthcare preferred) with a track record of strong attainment
  • 2+ years self-sourcing a meaningful portion of pipeline through outbound channels (including cold calling)
  • Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle deals independently with strong discovery, objection handling, and closing discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Currently residing in the South Florida area
  • Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week within your designated geography and manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro
