Conduct outreach to therapists using creative approaches and excellent communication skills to engage them and encourage additional conversations with the Provider sales team
Prospect and perform cold outreach to recruit and onboard high-quality therapists to Rula’s network
Help scale the provider sales program by bringing on thousands of new therapists to increase accessibility of mental health services
Work as a member of the provider sales team to meet growth objectives and collaborate with colleagues to achieve objectives
Manage your own time and territory in a remote work environment while maintaining organization and tracking outreach efforts
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a customer facing or sales position
Experience prospecting and cold outreach with a proven track record of exceeding goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Drive for success and an ability to work through challenges with a positive attitude
Self-starter with strong organizational skills who can thrive managing their own time in a remote work environment
Must be Team-Centric and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve objectives
While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in New York, California, or Washington for this particular SDR position
Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools (i.e. Outreach, Sales Navigator) (preferred)
Experience in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment (preferred)
Background in health care or mental health care or supply/demand market place (preferred)
