About the role

  • Conduct outreach to therapists using creative approaches and excellent communication skills to engage them and encourage additional conversations with the Provider sales team
  • Prospect and perform cold outreach to recruit and onboard high-quality therapists to Rula’s network
  • Help scale the provider sales program by bringing on thousands of new therapists to increase accessibility of mental health services
  • Work as a member of the provider sales team to meet growth objectives and collaborate with colleagues to achieve objectives
  • Manage your own time and territory in a remote work environment while maintaining organization and tracking outreach efforts

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing or sales position
  • Experience prospecting and cold outreach with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive for success and an ability to work through challenges with a positive attitude
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills who can thrive managing their own time in a remote work environment
  • Must be Team-Centric and able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve objectives
  • While we are a fully remote company, we are not considering candidates who reside in New York, California, or Washington for this particular SDR position
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools (i.e. Outreach, Sales Navigator) (preferred)
  • Experience in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment (preferred)
  • Background in health care or mental health care or supply/demand market place (preferred)
  • US-based only; applicants will be asked about eligibility to work in the United States and visa sponsorship status via application
