About the role

  • Rula is hiring a Director of Partner Success to lead and scale strategic relationships with key partners while driving operational excellence internally.
  • This role is approximately 50% external-facing, focused on building trusted, executive-level relationships, and 50% internal-facing, partnering cross-functionally to represent partner needs and translate them into scalable processes and solutions.
  • The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills alongside a proven ability to design, implement, and improve processes in complex environments.
  • You will be comfortable presenting to diverse audiences at strategic accounts, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to drive outcomes.
  • This role requires a highly organized leader who can manage competing priorities, lead teams effectively, and turn complexity into clarity and action.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, including client success, healthcare consulting, and/or healthcare operations, and/or implementations
  • People management experience, including leading and developing a team of 3+ direct reports
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing external customers and senior executive stakeholders; able to think on your feet in high-stakes situations
  • Demonstrated experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple partner accounts simultaneously
  • Data fluency, including experience analyzing and interpreting data using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and/or Looker to identify opportunities and drive process improvements
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear action plans and partner-specific strategies
  • Experience aligning work to OKRs, translating team efforts into measurable, business-impacting outcomes
