About the role
- Lead the paid media and performance marketing strategy across the full DTC funnel for patient marketing, driving scalable growth with strong ROI discipline across a nine-figure budget
- Build and lead a high-performing team, manage agency partners, and oversee performance and brand paid media programs
- Partner closely with analytics to implement modern measurement and experimentation frameworks, including MMM, attribution, and incrementality testing, to inform decisions and unlock growth
- Plan, forecast, and report on channel performance, scale patient starts efficiently, and continuously test creative, targeting, bidding, and new channels
- Collaborate closely with brand, product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure on-brand creative, a strong martech foundation, and disciplined investment planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience
- 8+ years experience owning in-house DTC performance marketing programs in a sophisticated or growth environment with $50M+ annual budgets across 3+ material channels (core channels - paid search, paid social, affiliates)
- 5+ years managing people with at least 2+ years managing a team of 3+
- Demonstrated track record of experience driving material growth in user acquisition from paid media DTC channels
- Demonstrated track record launching and scaling new user acquisition channels / programs in D2C paid marketing
- Expert using different marketing measurement approaches - marketing mix modeling, multi touch attribution, incrementality testing
