Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience, 5+ years specific to L&D
- Proven experience designing and implementing L&D programs in a high-growth or tech-enabled environment
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and behavior change
- Experience leveraging data and feedback to iterate and improve programs
- 3+ years leading a Learning function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Certifications in learning, coaching, or facilitation
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or mission-driven organizations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
