Requirements

Academic background: A completed degree in a STEM field, business/economics, or a comparable qualification with a strong analytical focus.
Professional experience: At least 2 years of solid experience at the intersection of business and data, ideally in implementing complex data engineering use cases within a consulting environment.
Method competence: Deep understanding of data architectures (DWH/Data Lake), ETL/ELT processes and the ability to translate these concepts into business solutions.
Tech stack: Confident use of SQL and solid knowledge of at least one additional programming language (preferably Python) to not only understand but actively shape data models.

Agile mindset: You are confident applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and value iterative work in customer-focused projects.
