About the role
- Implement and execute marketing and sales initiatives within a defined sales territory
- Merchandise allocation, implementation of listings and optimization of product presentation
- Independent and proactive management of assigned grocery retail and foodservice customers
- Execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Development of new and sustainable customer relationships
- Preparation for and participation in trade fairs
- Reporting on market activity and developments
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience in consumer goods sales or in grocery retail
- Goal-oriented, results-driven and structured working style
- Strong communication skills with a pronounced customer and team orientation
- High level of initiative and commitment
- Confident user of MS Office
- Residence ideally in the Recklinghausen / Bochum / Dortmund area
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays within the sales territory
