About the role

  • Implementing customers' product ideas from development through to market launch is your main responsibility
  • You maintain the overview: organizing, structuring and keeping objectives in sight — you manage the project from customer concept to delivery
  • You coordinate collaboration with Key Account Management, R&D, Purchasing and Production — you are the central interface to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • You work in close coordination with national and international customers
  • You participate in tastings and develop your sensory skills
  • You coordinate article entries in the master data system and review private-label packaging
  • You act as the liaison to external service providers (agencies, printing companies) at home and abroad
  • You support Sales in customer management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training with experience in project management in the food industry or a degree in business administration
  • Initial experience in the consumer goods industry in the private label sector is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure, self-initiative and a results-oriented mindset
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Good English skills; additional languages welcome
