About the role
- Implementation of marketing and sales measures in a defined sales territory
- Merchandise planning, securing listings, and optimizing product presentation and availability
- Independent and proactive management of assigned grocery retail and foodservice customers
- Execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Development of new and sustainable customer relationships
- Preparation for and participation in trade fairs
- Reporting on market developments
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in consumer goods sales or in grocery retail (LEH)
- Goal-oriented, success-driven, and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills with a pronounced customer and team orientation
- High degree of initiative and commitment
- Confident user of MS Office
- Residence ideally in the Heilbronn, Würzburg, or Heidelberg area
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays within the sales territory
