About the role

  • Practical experience drafting procedural documents (defenses, appeals, general submissions);
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, legal writing, and organization in managing a portfolio of cases;
  • Management of procedural deadlines;

Requirements

  • Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar);
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil litigation;
  • Familiarity with insurance law;
  • Experience with legal software and court systems (PJe, E-SAJ, etc.);
  • Experience with cases involving life insurance, credit-life (loan protection), residential/home insurance, and consortia-related insurance matters;
