About the role

  • Provide full-time support to Tokio and Avla analysts to answer queries and evaluate specific cases
  • Assess cases tied to judicial surety insurance policies
  • Send weekly reports to clients on critical cases
  • Send monthly reports for cases with administrative installment plans approved on the Regularize Portal
  • Perform system registrations and case closures
  • Review daily publications received, process them in the system and send reports
  • Assess potential legal scenarios in situations of possible claims
  • Draft procedural pleadings in defense of the Company
  • Clean/maintain the Elaw database
  • Participate in biweekly meetings with clients

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Insurance and Civil Procedure
  • Labor Law
  • Tax Law
  • Knowledge of surety insurance (a plus)
  • Assertive communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with legal systems/software
  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset
