About the role

  • You are responsible for the continuous expansion of our market position in the Franconia/Upper Palatinate region (postal codes 07, 08, 90–93, 95, 96)
  • You manage existing customers within your sales territory and acquire new customers
  • Supported by an inside sales team, you serve as a knowledgeable personal contact for our customers on all matters relating to the Ostermann product range
  • The sales targets developed together with sales management are implemented by you through planned sales activities, customer contacts and customer visits in a goal- and results-oriented manner
  • You prepare sales analyses and derive measures and action plans based on them.

Requirements

  • You have completed technical training in wood processing (e.g., carpenter/joiner) or a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have experience in trading wood-based materials
  • You have several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales
  • You are a strong communicator and a goal-oriented personality who works independently as well as in a team to achieve sales targets
  • You are IT-savvy
  • You reside in the region.
