About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect and scale comprehensive enablement programs—from onboarding to advanced value selling.
- Ensure Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners are equipped to communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions.
- Translate global enablement initiatives into regional success.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Americas Regional Directors, aligning enablement KPIs with regional revenue targets.
- Conduct continuous evaluations of the sales organization’s skills and performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- 3+ years leading, mentoring, or enabling high-performing remote sales teams across the Americas.
- Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape and competitive cybersecurity market.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and modern LMS platforms.
