Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • 3+ years leading, mentoring, or enabling high-performing remote sales teams across the Americas.
  • Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape and competitive cybersecurity market.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and modern LMS platforms.
