About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy to penetrate new international markets and increase market share.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and close high-value business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Cultivate and nurture C-suite and senior-level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and champion of Rubikal’s value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial high-level prospecting and qualification to complex contract negotiations and final closing.
  • Maintain rigorous oversight of the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue forecasting, clear reporting, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Rubikal at key industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to bolster our global reputation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in sales within the software development, IT consulting, or outsourcing industry
  • Enterprise Fluency: Exceptional experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise clients in MENA, the U.S, and European markets.
  • Consultative Approach: A deep understanding of modern software engineering processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Product Lifecycle) and the ability to speak the language of both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to identify market trends and pivot strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Influence & Leadership: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Expert proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and sales forecasting methodologies.
