About the role
- Oversee a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Monitor the overall project portfolio performance and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Directly manage high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Develop and implement strategic project management plans
- Manage, mentor and develop teams to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Expected to Travel up to 25% of the time
Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s in engineering or business-related field (STEM preferred)
- minimum of 10+ years relevant professional experience
- at least 8 years of team leadership experience (Team Lead/REA, IPTL, PM, or functional management)
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, scheduling, manage budgets including EV techniques, manage R&Os and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion
- Proven experience in developing and implementing product strategies
- Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
