About the role
- Responsible for Pratt & Whitney Intercompany Accounting, leading a team of 9+ individuals
- Conduct value stream mapping events
- Drive process improvements across entities
- Review assigned account reconciliations monthly
- Ensure all intercompany transactions are in balance to support external financial reporting
- Grow and develop others through training and creating opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- At least 10 years of directly related experience OR an advanced degree and 7 years of directly related professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in intercompany accounting, consolidation, or global shared services within a multinational organization
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP (or IFRS) and consolidation/elimination principles
- At least 2 years’ experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team
- At least 5 years’ experience with corporate monthly account reconciliations
- Strong proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel
