About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the CTES CH-47F Chinook Platform Systems team
- Participate in avionics engineering tasks associated with the design, development, integration, and test of platform and software applications
- Learn and use requirements capture, peer review, configuration management, and AGILE development tools
- Execute requirements-based testing, robustness testing, and Ad-Hoc testing onsite in a lab environment
- Support requirements capture
- Assist in decomposing customer specifications and system-level requirements into subsystem requirements
- Support cross-functional team development including customer stakeholders and domain engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment
- Relocation is not offered
