About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead global incident response coordination, including triage, escalation, communication, and resolution
- Integrate travel risk monitoring, assessments, and intelligence into incident management
- Develop, maintain, and improve global response frameworks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Liaise with business leaders and internal partners during incidents and high-risk travel events
- Conduct after-action reviews, provide strategic insights, assess performance, identify gaps, and improve readiness
- Execute program implementation and compliance at joint venture locations
- Analyze monitoring-team information to triage global events and coordinate incident and high-risk travel responses
- Conduct risk assessments, traveler support, and operational reviews related to global mobility and geopolitical conditions
- Partner across teams to advance global monitoring, preparedness, and response capabilities
- Support enterprise initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a secret U.S. government-issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
- Experience in global intelligence monitoring, geopolitical risk analysis, or travel security operations
- Experience leading high-risk incident or crisis responses with senior-level visibility
- Experience leveraging data and technology platforms for monitoring, analysis, and decision support
- Experience working within a complex global organization, preferably in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environments
- Professional certification such as CBCP or equivalent crisis/continuity credentials
- Experience developing cross-functional global programs or enterprise-wide frameworks in resilience, security, or risk
- Expertise coordinating cross-functional response efforts in complex, fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical skills for synthesizing intelligence, assessing risk, and providing actionable recommendations
- Ability to develop and maintain enterprise-scale response plans, playbooks, and operating procedures
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering clear, timely, concise incident information
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with global partners
- Experience conducting after-action reviews, preparing governance reporting, and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure, manage concurrent events, and make sound decisions in ambiguous or high-risk situations
