About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial reporting, accounting, and analytical support for the International Aero Engines AG organization
Manage complete and accurate monthly STAT and GAAP closing within prescribed timeframes
Consolidate financial results of all entities and submit results to collaborators, including Pratt & Whitney
Analyze and post journal entries
Ensure the ledger and SAP/HFM are accurate and reconciled timely
Manage inventory details, transactions, and related accounting
Provide support and financial data to Pratt & Whitney’s sub-collaborators
Maintain and manage the fixed assets ledger for assets worth over $100M+
Analyze financial data with various organizational groups to identify financial best practices
Coordinate additional year-end and quarterly reporting requirements, including variance analysis
Support special projects
Interact with Pratt & Whitney Controllers, external auditors, internal auditors, and collaborators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with at least 5+ years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency with MS Excel
Strong data analytics skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or teams at all levels
U.S. citizenship required
Proficiency with SAP, OneStream, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote) preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
Experience driving positive changes within an organization preferred
