About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary HR Partner for three global Collins Account Executive organizations
  • Drive the talent agenda by aligning and executing people strategies with business objectives
  • Integrate RTX values into business and people processes to develop talent and foster employee engagement
  • Support enterprise-wide talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, and strategic talent rotations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and change initiatives
  • Analyze team structures and role responsibilities; recommend reporting lines, spans of control, and job leveling
  • Implement workforce planning initiatives and talent mobility programs
  • Maintain business-environment awareness to address workforce challenges and opportunities
  • Operationalize strategies for current and future workforce needs
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance
  • Advise business leadership and employees as a trusted HR partner
  • Provide HR counsel to optimize business processes and performance
  • Facilitate team dynamics workshops, conflict resolution, and collaboration practices
  • Partner with Collins/RTX Centers of Excellence and central functions to broker solutions
  • Coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders and decision-making
  • Lead, support, and collaborate on HR and CE&S strategic projects
  • Collaborate across the CE&S senior leadership team, functional teams, and HR organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Previous HR experience required
  • Aerospace and Defense Industry experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple priorities with agility and resilience
  • Experience leading and supporting organizational change
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including Senior Executives, while maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience supporting global, geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to support standard US working hours and flex for a globally dispersed footprint
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or qualifying immigration status required
  • Up to 15% travel, primarily domestically
