About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP
  • Prepare contract structures so bookings and billings can be processed
  • Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow shipments to the Warfighter and other customers
  • Maintain regular contact with internal partners and external agencies to resolve contract discrepancies
  • Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently and comply with FAR regulations
  • Create and submit invoices to external customers
  • Maintain complex contract reconciliations
  • Work with internal and external customers to resolve reconciliation issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions
  • Experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
  • 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to support multiple time zones
  • Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and lookup functions
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Experience meeting deadlines in a schedule-driven environment
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Tucson, AZ, Farmington, CT, or Cedar Rapids, IA
