About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP
Prepare contract structures so bookings and billings can be processed
Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow shipments to the Warfighter and other customers
Maintain regular contact with internal partners and external agencies to resolve contract discrepancies
Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently and comply with FAR regulations
Create and submit invoices to external customers
Maintain complex contract reconciliations
Work with internal and external customers to resolve reconciliation issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions
Experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
1+ year of experience in a corporate environment
Ability to support multiple time zones
Experience in a financial setting working with numbers, large data sets, and computations
Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and lookup functions
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work well in teams
Experience meeting deadlines in a schedule-driven environment
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Tucson, AZ, Farmington, CT, or Cedar Rapids, IA
