About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the full lifecycle planning and execution of employee experience initiatives, including onboarding programs, site engagement activities, and multi-site deployment projects
- Design, manage, and implement process improvements based on data metrics and feedback
- Partner with functions and business leaders to coordinate project activities aligned with organizational goals and talent priorities
- Track, analyze, and report experience and engagement KPIs
- Oversee development, standardization, and maintenance of program resources, documentation, guidelines, and tools
- Visit sites, conduct focus groups, and connect with employees to understand and prioritize their needs
- Monitor internal and external trends in employee experience, engagement, onboarding, and talent retention
- Align workstreams with Talent COE talent management, employee experience, and leadership development strategies
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies, best practices, and benchmarking to advance deployment practices
- Support enterprise communications for program updates, deployments, and key initiatives
- Travel up to 25% across Raytheon’s US sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree with 10 years of prior relevant experience OR advanced degree with 8 years of related experience
- 6+ years of experience owning programs or large-scale initiatives within HR, Talent Management, or Employee Experience
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering strategic, high-visibility programs
- Experience leading multiple programs or projects simultaneously from concept through adoption
- Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills for program measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement
- High learning agility, emotional intelligence, initiative, and resourcefulness
- Ability to leverage tools and technology including the O365 Suite
- CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate preferred, with interest in pursuing advanced CORE training
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
- No security clearance required
