About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to four core areas of HR operations: Advisory and Engagement, Complex Case Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Collaboration
- Provide employees and managers with assistance and resolution for HR inquiries via phone or chat
- Use a diagnostic approach to understand needs and provide guidance on company policies and self-service resources
- Assist with resolving complex employee issues by researching, managing sensitive information, and handling intricate inquiries accurately and empathetically
- Identify and recommend process enhancements
- Support projects that improve day-to-day operations, employee experience, and operational and service delivery
- Collaborate across U.S. People Services teams to provide a seamless and consistent stakeholder experience
- Share insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a professional environment focused on problem-solving and meeting customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous Human Resources or customer service-facing experience preferred
- Familiarity with HR policy or Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, or Employee Relations preferred
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow preferred
- Spanish proficiency preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with empathy and ability to provide supportive guidance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks timely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future company immigration sponsorship
- No security clearance required
