About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Triage, assess, and manage incoming Global Speak-Up reports
- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent handling of compliance concerns
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Evaluate allegations for risk and priority
- Assign cases to appropriate investigative teams
- Ensure adherence to global compliance policies and procedures supporting RTX’s Code of Conduct
- Monitor case progress
- Support data integrity within investigation systems
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Security, and business leadership
- Promote transparency, accountability, and proper escalation practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in compliance, investigations, ethics, operations, legal, HR, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with triage, risk assessment, or incident intake processes preferred
- Prior involvement in workplace or other investigations, including fact-finding and documentation preferred
- Experience using case management or investigation recording systems preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional partners such as HR, Legal, Security, and Operations preferred
- Understanding of global compliance policies, standards, and governance preferred
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters professionally preferred
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication abilities, including drafting case summaries preferred
- U.S. citizenship required
