About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead regional deployment of FM Projects COE standards, playbooks, workflows, and technology solutions
  • Partner with project managers, facility leads, and service providers to embed new processes into daily operations
  • Monitor adherence, effectiveness, and performance of implemented standards across the region
  • Develop and execute change management plans for adoption of new processes and tools
  • Deliver communications to regional stakeholders about changes, expectations, timelines, and value
  • Identify barriers to change and coordinate corrective actions with regional leaders and the COE
  • Conduct training on FM Projects COE processes, systems, and playbooks
  • Provide ongoing user support and create accessible adoption materials
  • Maintain follow-up with users, establish feedback loops, and communicate regional insights to the COE
  • Support root-cause analysis and solution refinement
  • Apply Facilities Management Projects knowledge to facility projects including renovations, infrastructure upgrades, roofing and building envelope work, and routine site improvements
  • Travel between sites as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 8+ years in Facilities Management and a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related discipline, plus equivalent combination of related work and schooling in lieu of degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in Facilities Management, project delivery, or related technical fields
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing standardized processes or enterprise solutions
  • Demonstrated capability in change management, communications, and training
  • Experience managing or supporting facility projects preferred
  • Ability to travel between sites
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • No security clearance required
