About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions for logistics and warehouse functions
Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Transportation Management solutions
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions
Design and configure transportation planning, execution, charge management, and freight settlement processes
Integrate SAP TM with SAP EWM, SAP ERP modules including SD, MM, and LE, and external carriers and 3PL systems
Support end-to-end solution testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization
Collaborate with business, technical, client, and cross-functional teams on data and process integration
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend continuous process improvements
Prepare functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, and reports
Conduct workshops demonstrating standard SAP TM processes and gather logistics and warehousing requirements
Work with the Global Trade and Services team on integration
Provide documentation and ongoing support
Manage multiple tasks independently and provide proactive support in a dynamic environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree
Hands-on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant, preferably with implementation and support exposure
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and TM configuration
Experience integrating EWM, SD, MM, and LE
Strong experience with S/4HANA TM, embedded or standalone
Experience integrating SAP TM with SAP EWM, including order management, freight units, and warehouse task execution
Deep understanding of Transportation Planning & Execution, Charge Management, and Freight Settlement
Familiarity with BOPF framework, PPO, and PFO
Exposure to SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, or CPI for TM-EWM and TM-ERP integration
Understanding of logistics business processes and transportation networks
SAP TM certification is a plus
Must be a U.S. Person
Must work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
Security clearance is not required
